The agent
Pandagoo as its spring 2026 snapshots show it, with other agents to weigh
What Pandagoo is, what its long free storage meant for off-season buyers, and what to do while its site stays dark.
Status on October 24, 2026: the bare domain forwarded visitors to the www address, and both that and the /auth sign-in route returned Cloudflare error 522, meaning the server behind the domain did not answer. We do not know why and do not guess. This site links nowhere on pandagoo.com while that lasts.
The archive’s own pitch for Pandagoo
Pandagoo is a shopping agent. Send it the link to something sold on a Chinese site and it buys the item, has it delivered to its warehouse in China, photographs it, holds it and, when asked, ships everything abroad in one parcel. Four marketplaces appear in its page keywords: 1688, Goofish, Weidian and Taobao.
Everything we know about how it worked comes from snapshots of its site taken in March 2026. The domain had sat on a sale listing from 2021 into 2025; the working shop appears in snapshots from March 8 to March 22, 2026, and from March 23 every snapshot is an error page. The front-end text and style survive. The help pages, price lists and shipping lines were loaded separately and were never captured.
The software is shared with other agents: the English interface leaves the word "platform" where a brand name should go, and the company line and the complaint address in its About text are template text that was never filled in. So this site names no operator and no email address for Pandagoo.

Why the 300-day hold matters to an off-season buyer
Shared by every agent. Any agent buys for you, receives at a Chinese warehouse, shows photos and ships internationally. Prices of the goods are the sellers’ prices, wherever you buy them.
What Pandagoo did differently, on paper. Two archived promises matter to a seasonal buyer. Storage was free for 300 days from arrival, long enough to buy winter gear in China’s summer and hold it until autumn. And there was no purchasing service fee on the goods, so a large clearance basket did not attract a percentage on top; payment handling still applied.
When to use a different agent. Right now, since its site does not load and no order can be placed. Also whenever you need fees you can see before paying: the payment-handling values, the line prices and the extra-photo price were never in the archive.

Times another agent fits an off-season plan better
- You need to order this month. A dark site is a dark site. Run the same plan through an agent whose checkout loads, and check its storage limit before you rely on a long hold.
- Your plan needs more than a few months of storage. Free storage at other agents is often shorter. The planner’s storage figure tells you how much you need; compare it with the agent’s written rule, not with a forum post.
- You want a phone number or a named company. The archive has neither for Pandagoo.
- You buy mostly from Xianyu or Weidian. The archived order page warned that goods from those sources might not support returns and exchanges. That is true of most agents, but worth asking before a months-long hold.

Other agents a seasonal buyer runs into
Agents come in a few types, and the type tells you more than the name:
- Agents with their own system built over years, with published fee pages and help centres.
- White-label agents running rented software under their own name. Pandagoo is one; the same template sits behind other agent sites, which is why their wording often matches word for word.
- Forwarders that only receive what you have bought elsewhere and ship it on.
- Marketplaces with their own export service, where the seller platform itself ships abroad.
Matching wording proves shared software, not shared ownership. Once you have paid for goods at one agent they cannot be moved to another; the only routes are buying again or forwarding, and forwarding means paying freight twice. Choosing an agent you can rely on is a matter of four checks anyone can run: fees with numbers, a storage rule in writing, a contact that replies, and a site that loads.

Announcements and offers in the archive
No announcement from Pandagoo survives: no notice of closure, maintenance or a move to a new address. What the archived interface did show were standing offers. New accounts verifying an email were promised a shipping coupon package worth CNY 1,080 in total, and a referral scheme paid a share of referred users’ logistics spending, 5 per cent at the Bronze level and 6 per cent at Silver, with each bonus settled once 45 days had passed since the referred parcel shipped.
None of these work while pandagoo.com is dark. They are here so that old screenshots make sense, and any real announcement will go on our change log with its date.

Chatter about Pandagoo, and what held up
We looked for Pandagoo on Reddit, YouTube and Discord. We found three YouTube channels carrying the name, none linked from the site and none showing agent content; no subreddit or Discord server that the site pointed to; and several third-party "Pandagoo finds" sites that are not official and that we do not use as sources. We could not verify a single community account as belonging to Pandagoo, so we quote none.
What shoppers report about any agent is worth reading for one thing: how problems were handled. For an agent with no working site, there is nothing current to read. If you have a dated, first-hand account, send it to [email protected] and we will note it once it can be checked.
